We are looking for an experienced Revit modeller who can work out the most complex construction projects and technical issues in a BIM model. What does this mean in concrete terms?
About the position
- You translate our design vision and sketches into building models using Revit Architecture.
- You work this out in the different BIM phases, from SO to UO.
- You help develop new project-specific Revit families.
- You test the models for quality, applicability and feasibility.

Your profile
You are proactive, flexible, result-oriented and always think in terms of solutions. Your up-to-date knowledge of construction technology, building regulations and the building decree will therefore come in handy in this position. You stand for quality and you have strong communication skills. You like to show this in your collaboration with colleagues, clients, specialists and other stakeholders. Finally you have:
- A HBO diploma in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Wide demonstrable experience working in a BIM process. You can therefore respond to BIM protocols and standards and you have extensive knowledge of clash software and issue platforms. You have extensive experience with BIM-based ILS and you know what is needed to achieve a good result, both with IFC export and towards output to architectural drawings.
- Wide experience with Revit Architecture and Autocad.
- Fluent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
What we offer
- A contract of 32-40 hours per week.
- Employed employment and a competitive salary according to the collective labor agreement for architectural firms.
- Secondary employment conditions according to the collective labor agreement.
